By joining Modigent, we align with rigorous safety programs that include several initiatives aimed at incident and injury prevention and driving more cultural adoption. These include Field Ergonomics Training, a National Safety Committee, a new single-source personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and Leadership Observations. With a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) well below the average for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning providers, Modigent is setting a new standard for protecting employees, building leadership accountability, and preventing human-focused risk.
