Projects
Austin State Hospital
Austin State Hospital is a relatively new client for Climate Solutions. This medical complex features several buildings that we serve. While Building 801 is a state-of-the-art new-build medical facility, we also handle the HVAC and plumbing maintenance for the rest of the facility, which has buildings varying in age.
Northside ISD
As the 4th largest school district in the state of Texas, Northside Independent School District, located in San Antonio, is comprised of 165 buildings. On a regular HVAC and plumbing service schedule, we work closely with the district’s small staff. Filling in as their maintenance team, our technicians complete the maintenance, assessment and upkeep of the equipment within all the buildings.
Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta
The Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta is a historic hotel nestled in downtown Austin. The nearly 100-year-old building is one we have been associated with for some time. Offering ongoing maintenance and retrofit work, our technicians regularly maintain the building’s HVAC chillers and cooling tower and expertly retrofit mechanical and plumbing equipment as needed.
The Residences at W Austin
The Residences at W Austin is a 37-floor high-rise, multi-use building found in downtown Austin. Over the years, Climate Solutions has been the service provider of choice servicing the building’s industrial HVAC and plumbing systems. During our ongoing, regular maintenance we have services both in-unit HVAC systems, as well as shared mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the building.
Bedrock Engery
In downtown Austin, there is an historic, multi-building office park that is home to Bedrock Energy – a geothermal technology and drilling company. In this commercial office park, we began our first project for Bedrock offering HVAC and plumbing along with continued project maintenance post install.
Public Employees Credit Union – Walnut Creek
Throughout the Austin metro area, we’ve served the Public Employees Credit Union for more than 10 years. With various locations, the credit union has a regular need for our expert commercial HVAC services.
Krier Juvenile Correctional Facility – Bexar County
The Krier Juvenile Correctional Facility in Bexar County, Texas is a government project that needed our expert HVAC and plumbing services. Our responsibility involved replacing all the existing underground chilled/water and steam piping supporting all facility buildings – nearly 4000 feet of underground pipe.
21 Rio – University of Texas
Located just off the University of Texas campus in Austin, 21 Rio is a student residential high-rise housing location. As a maintenance client, this 21-story apartment building required regular industrial HVAC and plumbing services.

What began as a mission to eliminate the distance between mushroom farms and consumers’ plates has flourished into state-of-the-art indoor farms located in Brooklyn, Austin, and Los Angeles. The company’s high-yield, low-impact farms are all digitally connected by the latest in mushroom-supporting, climate-controlling technology.
Garrison Brothers
Garrison Brothers, a small-batch craft whiskey distillery located in central Texas, wanted to redesign and rebuild their mechanical infrastructure in order to better preserve ingredient grains, increase their daily production capacity, and reduce batch time without sacrificing the quality and “hands on” care necessary to maintain the high quality of their craft Bourbon whiskey.
