As part of our organization’s commitment to continued education and professional development, Climate Solutions has now implemented a training certification course for proficiency in the use of boom lifts, scissor lifts, counterbalance lifts and rough terrain lifts. Our first class was conducted in November of 2025 and included eight technicians who concentrated on mastering every aspect of each of the various onsite project equipment. Each of the trainees passed with flying colors and received their certifications.
With this training course now in place, Climate Solutions is able to provide a new opportunity for growth within its company. This official certification training will go a long way to support employee acquisition and retention.
