At Climate Solutions, we plan every project with safety and risk mitigation in mind. That’s why when we decided to use Viega Press equipment, we implemented a new training initiative. Viega press equipment is a plumbing and piping connection system that uses a specialized, handheld apparatus to crimp metal fittings onto pipes. To ensure our people understand exactly how to safely operate the Viega Press, we brought the folks from Reece Plumbing to one our recent monthly safety sessions to provide hands on demonstrations and training.
We are proud to announce that all of our attending technicians received passing certifications for mastery with the Viega equipment. Following this initial training session, Climate Solutions has now fully incorporated press fitting capabilities into our customer offerings.
