Located just off the University of Texas campus in Austin, 21 Rio is a student residential, high-rise housing location. As a maintenance client, this 21-story apartment building required regular industrial HVAC and plumbing services. From the building’s HVAC systems to cooling tower, to boilers and pool heating equipment, we provided the inspection and maintenance that kept it all operating smoothly.
Over the life of our partnership, we upgraded many of the split system apartment units with water sourced heat pumps, as well as rebuild their cooling tower and one of their boilers. We also installed a pool heater and piping, replaced cooling tower pumps and rebuilt heat exchangers. The 21 Rio project was a service and on-call maintenance opportunity we were proud to be part of.
