As the 4th largest school district in the state of Texas, Northside Independent School District, located in San Antonio, is comprised of 165 buildings. On a regular HVAC and plumbing service schedule, we work closely with the district’s small staff. Filling in as their maintenance team, our technicians complete the maintenance, assessment and upkeep of the equipment within all the buildings. When needed, we work with outside vendors to ensure each building’s equipment is operating properly. Over the life of our contract, we have been able to provide various services from plumbing service calls to HVAC repairs, cleaning, and installs to keep each school up and running.
