The Residences at W Austin is a 37-floor high-rise, multi-use building found in downtown Austin. Over the years, Climate Solutions has been the service provider of choice servicing the building’s industrial HVAC and plumbing systems. During our ongoing, regular maintenance we have services both in-unit HVAC systems, as well as shared mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the building. Our customer-centric approach has enabled us to adapt to the needs of not only our primary customer, the operator of The Residences at W, but also the individual condo owners within the multi-family, mixed use complex.
Over the course of our contractual agreement, we have met and overcome several challenges in and around The Residences at W building. From customers with high demands to scheduling and parking accessibility, our field and office staff have been able to navigate each with poise and professionalism.
