We have developed a design-build process that enables clients to work with a single project owner through completion of the project. Our design-build services include custom unitary change-outs, duct and piping design, central plant construction, targeted kw/h reduction plans, and more.
We are fully prepared to handle HVAC, plumbing, and controls maintenance and repairs of all sizes, including rebuilds, tear-downs, and retrofits. Regardless of the equipment, we serve as a one-source solution, offering technical expertise and expert program management. We hold a B-01 General Contractors License, enabling us to partner with clients for their electrical, plumbing, roofing, and rigging needs as well.
Climate Solutions is an industry leader in geothermal design, installation, and maintenance. By using subterranean natural heat transfer, Climate Solutions implements environmentally-friendly solutions to address client-specific comfort cooling or process chilling needs, which increases mechanical efficiency while reducing energy costs.
Climate Solutions utilizes State-of-the-art 3D BIM Scanning tools to generate an exact layout and design of existing facilities. This allows us to accurately design in equipment and components, ensuring an efficient construction process
